I consider myself an emerging artist who is exploring many media in search of a mature style. I find that my approach to creating art includes working with many different materials and ideas as I search for what really speaks to me. I am inspired by several art movements including Art Nouveau and Surrealism and in particular the artists, Alfonse Mucha and Joan Miro. Specifically I love the organic patterns from Art Nouveau artist Alfonse Mucha and the harsh lines of Joan Miró. The design elements of graphic designers like Josef Müller-Brockmann also please my artistic eye. The only true constant in my work is color. I love color. The brighter and the bolder the art, the more I love it. I believe that art is life and life is meant to be in Technicolor.
